Off we went to Circular Quay. I keep typing Circular Quay as Clarke Quay. Urrggh. I’m annoying myself today. Anyway, we wanted to go check out the tickets to go to various places like whale watching and taronga zoo. However, we were kind of late so we sort of left it off to another day instead.
We were starving and i had a craving for fish and chips, so we went to try out City Extra Restaurant, which is the first cafe we saw along the wharfs that claims to have really good fish and chips.

However, when we went in, Jun went ahead and ordered fish and chips, so i was kind of at a lost as to what to order, there’s just so many things on the menu! The menu is in a newspaper format filled with interesting articles.

I settled for the home made beef lasagne, which turns out to be really really good!

The garlic and butter bread is seriously the best i have ever had. Such a pity there’s no clam chowder soup to go along with it.
I wanted to order soup but i couldn’t help but to finish all the bread before the thought even came to me. @.@

Jun’s fish and chips isn’t my favorite food of the day, sadly. The fish is fresh but i’m so used to the fried fillet style in Singapore that this fish is a little too bland for my liking.

We headed over to the Rocks market afterthat.
Distracted by the street performers along the street.

At the Market

This little stall has got to be my favorite because the owner of the stall is so affable!

We came to the end of the market shortly after and ended up under the Harbour bridge.

Many things were hand made and were really beautiful. Wish we had more time but too bad, the shops close at 5pm. Such a waste.

Museum of Contemporary Arts. A pity it was already closed when we got there.

Walked to the Opera House and hung out at the steps. I can truly know why it is one of the seven/eight wonders of the world. With a breathtaking sunset enveloping it, the opera house is easiest one of the most romantic and beautiful places i’ve ever been to.

Sunset with the Harbour Bridge. People pay a bomb to go up to the bridge at this time of the day.

At the very memorable stairs of the Opera House.
